WHERE CAN YOU SET UP PICNICS?

  • We set up in Dutchess County, Putnam and Orange County, NY.

  • $75.00 Travel fee for any location outside of Dutchess County.

  • We can set up a picnic at just about any park with a few exceptions


HOW TO BOOK?

  • DM us on Instagram or via www.wineandroses845.com

  • We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to confirm your booking, The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.

  •  We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all bookings. 

  • We do accept bookings with less notice however, any booking with less than a week's notice must be paid in full upfront. 

  • We are available to book and held weather permitting. We can also set up indoors.

 

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF THE PICNIC?

  • We will text or call you with a two hour reminder before your picnic and give you directions to where we’re setting up. 

  • You will arrive and enjoy your picnic! We will return at the designated end time to clean up.

  • If you decide to leave early for any reason, please let us know before you leave.

 

WHAT IF I’M LATE?

  • Your picnic time begins at the time we agreed upon.

  • If you are late and miss out on some time, you can text us and request additional time be added to your picnic, which will be an additional $25 per 30 minutes. This is due at the time of request.

DO WE PROVIDE FOOD?

  • We provide sparkling water and ice.

  • Wine & Roses 845 has partnered with some incredible local venders to enhance your picnic experience. 

  • We handle all the coordination with our vendors from ordering to order pick up! (Additional Charge)

  • All orders for food vendor add-ons must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED

(You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks.)

 

DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?

  • At this time we do not offer alcoholic beverages. 

  • Please keep in mind that Alcohol is not permitted in state parks. If you decide to bring your own alcoholic beverage we are not responsible for any fines/tickets issued to you.

  • If you choose to bring alcohol please drink responsibly ! 

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION RESCHEDULING POLICY?

  • INCLEMENT WEATHER: If the weather interferes with your picnic, we will reschedule your picnic at the earliest possible time that works for both you and us. If you have an indoor space, we are happy to give you an indoor picnic.

  • CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: not due to weather, we ask that you give us 5-7 day notice so that we can best work with you to reschedule. We do not give refunds.

  • Cancelations Policy: After you sign our service contract and pay half of the picnic. We can reschedule you for a future date. We do not give refunds. Please let us know as soon as possible if your date no longer works.
